Processing Time

Most ready-to-ship items are processed within 2–5 business days after your order is placed.

Custom-made items require additional time to create and generally ship within 2–4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the order. If your custom order will take longer than expected, we will contact you with an updated timeline.

Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped through trusted carriers such as USPS or UPS, depending on the size and destination of your package.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your shipping destination.

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable offers will be clearly displayed on our website.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times after your order has shipped:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (if available): Delivery times vary based on the shipping option selected.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Crafted Chic Bag Boutique is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update your address before your order ships.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once your package has been given to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control.

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

  • Check the tracking information provided.
  • Contact the shipping carrier to initiate a claim if necessary.
  • Reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has begun processing or has shipped, we may be unable to make changes or cancel it.

Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
