How long will it take to receive my order?
- Ready-to-ship items: Typically ship within 2–5 business days.
- Custom orders: Usually ship within 2–4 weeks, depending on the design and current order volume.
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order has not yet entered production or shipped, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations.
Custom orders cannot be canceled or changed once production has begun.

Are your bags handmade?
Yes! Every bag is carefully handcrafted with attention to detail, quality materials, and craftsmanship. Small variations are part of what makes each piece unique.
Will my bag look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to accurately represent every product. Because each item is handmade, fabric placement and pattern alignment may vary slightly from the photos.
What materials do you use?
We use a variety of quality materials, including:

- Faux leather and vinyl
- Waterproof canvas linings (on many designs)
- Quality zippers and hardware

Custom Orders
Do you accept custom orders?
Absolutely! We’d love to create something just for you.

How do I place a custom order?

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order and destination.
Do you offer local pickup?
If local pickup is available, it will appear as a shipping option during checkout.
Returns & Exchanges

Because custom orders are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or we made an error.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
We’ll work with you to make it right.
Care Instructions
How do I clean my handbag?
Most bags can be spot cleaned with a damp cloth and mild soap.
To help your bag last:
- Do not machine wash.
- Do not place in the dryer.
- Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
- Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.
