Thank you for shopping with Crafted Chic Bag Boutique! Every handbag, wallet, and accessory is handcrafted with care. We want you to love your purchase, and we’re committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service.
Returns
We accept returns on non-custom items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in its original condition.
- Item must be returned with any original packaging, if applicable.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Custom Orders
Because custom orders are made specifically for you, all custom-made products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless:
- The item arrives damaged.
- We made an error in fulfilling your order.
Please review all custom order details carefully before submitting your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will work with you to provide a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund when appropriate.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
If you would like a different fabric, color, or style, a new order will need to be placed.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase, provided production has not begun.
Once work has started on a custom order, it cannot be canceled.
